Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa

Beware of credit card charges without your consent! The management at hand and stone could use an upgrade. Trying to get someone to help you is an absolute nightmare. I was charged one amount on my credit card and once I walked out, 15 minutes later another charge was made on my account. I called the spa to ask about it, the person who answered looked at it and acknowledged that two transactions should not have been made and that I was owed $30 dollars back, she told me a “manager” would get back to me. Well no one did, so I called again still no help. Well come today Jordyn Toomey called, the regional manager. I informed her how I thought it was unacceptable that I was charged two amounts on the same day without being notified. Her response “well you were charged for the services you received correct,” wow what a response from a manager, she didn’t even listen to what I was saying. I never said I did not want to pay, I was upset I was charged twice in on day with no notification. She also proceeded to tell me that $30 was not owed back to me for “future reference,” but still refunded it. Again bravo on your customer service skills Jordyn. It’s not that I don’t want to pay, I always pay, I actually pay more out of pocket for services then my membership per month, so to be met with such a nonchalant answer and how she wasn’t there so she can’t speak on anything. Ok Jordyn, how about just making it right and training your staff to be better.

Prior to ten minutes ago, I’d been a member for years. My credit card had fraud so I got a new one and forgot to update it with them. They called and left a voicemail saying I needed to call back within the next THREE days. This was Wednesday at 3:48pm. I called back Saturday around 3:40pm. They said they’d already cancelled it (and therefore I lost all my accumulated credits) the day before (Friday). That would have only been TWO days, not three. They tried to tell me they could sell me a new membership. NO THANK YOU. I am extremely disappointed and will never recommend them to others again. Hand and Stone Parker, my suggestion to keep others’ business would either be to honor the three days or change your language to two days. P.S. I was going to continue my membership so I could use the accrued credits. However you lost a customer instead because you failed to realize that Wednesday to Thursday is one day… Thursday to Friday is another day (two total)…. And Friday to Saturday would be another day. Therefore Wednesday+3 days=Saturday.

Ruined my anniversary plans. I have been trying to use a gift card I have had for a while. Finally was able to schedule a couples massage which was supposed to be on our wedding anniversary. I booked in March for our May anniversary. Got a call 5 days before our anniversary to be told the couples room is now no longer available so I need to rebook another day or we have to split up the massages to keep the same date. I canceled on principle and now have to make other arrangements for my anniversary that is in 5 days. Don't trust this place! Apparently an appointmentmade months in advance means nothing.

Twice I've booked an appointment here and each time my appointment is canceled the day of, randomly right beforehand. I guess their employees frequently call in? Just save yourself the time and head down to Arapahoe Crossings location instead. It's unfortunate for people who live in Parker and would like to stay in Parker for appointments like these. My husband was able to get his massage and said it was the most painful experience and is still in pain days later.

I had a great experience with this Hand & Stone. The esthetician, Mallory, was very sweet. I have hormonal acne and I was worried about being judged but she was very kind, an excellent listener, and offered her professional insight. Overall, it was a very comforting and relaxing experience! Highly recommend this location for their professionalism and kindness.

Not shocking, considering by the reviews this happens consistently, but just book somewhere else. They cancel the appointment due to their employee “switching their schedule around” and say hopefully someone else cancels so we can get you in. Also it’s a couples massage and they only want to reschedule one of us. Book here at your own risk.
